Find a field that differs from the official page?

This site has no contact form and no correction mailbox. Corrections are public: each one is a revision of the affected page, listed in the change log with its source.

How a correction is made

Open the official page for the product and find the field that differs from this site.
Check the change log on the How We Score page to see whether the field was already revised.
When the official page is the newer source, the affected page is revised and a dated entry is added to the change log.

What a change log entry contains

The page on this site and the field.
The old value and the new value.
The official page that states the new value, with the date it was read.

What we do not do

A score does not change because of a request alone. A score changes only when an official source changes, and the change is recorded in the change log under the same method version. Vendor statements are checked the same way as any other source.
